Nothing to fault.

I recently had a delightful stay at a charming hotel in Florence. Situated in a busy Oltrarno neighborhood, this hotel is located in a beautiful square and offers a peaceful retreat away from the crowds. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were tastefully decorated with beautiful antique furniture and offered wonderful views of the city. I also appreciated the attention to detail, such as the excellent soundproof windows that ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide selection of delicious goodies to choose from. this hotel provided great value for money and I would highly recommend it.

Our room on the first floor was like a palace, with spacious high ceilings and fresco-covered walls. The balcony overlooking Piazza Santo Spirito provided a stunning view. The location was perfect, in a less touristy neighborhood with great restaurants and bars where we could mingle with locals and tourists. Close to Ponte Vecchio and Boboli gardens.

Had an amazing time at a beautiful hotel with a perfect location. Enjoyed waking up to the fine view of the Santo Spirito church. Rooms were spacious and clean. The surrounding area is filled with great restaurants and it's just a short walk to the river and main attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. The highlight was definitely the amazing rooftop terrace. Can't wait to return! highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Florence that exceeded all my expectations. the location of the hotel was superb. Situated in a quiet area away from the busy tourist areas, it provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the rooms were beautifully decorated with super high painted ceilings and stunning antique furniture. It felt like stepping back in time! The breakfast was also a highlight, offering a delicious spread with wonderful views to enjoy. I was impressed with the attention to detail and value for money that this hotel provided.

Absolutely nothing.

The room was spacious and had a fine view. The location was excellent, close to key attractions and in a quiet neighborhood. The staff were friendly and offered great suggestions for restaurants and places to visit.

The bathroom was small and difficult to navigate. The shower was too high to climb into comfortably.

We were blown away by the fine view from our room at the top of the hotel. The sight of the Duomo against the Florence skyline was amazing. The spaciousness of the room and the comfortable amenities made our stay even better. The loggia terrace and rooftop garden bar were enchanting, offering a perfect spot to unwind and take in the beauty of the city. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff, especially Rita, were friendly and made us feel welcome. The hotel's location in the Oltrarno district was ideal, great to easily explore the city and enjoy the many nearby restaurants and bars. we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Florence.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city, close to all major attractions and within walking distance of the river. Guests can explore the artisan market in the nearby Piazza on Sundays and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the local neighborhood. There are also plenty of restaurants in the area, although reservations may be necessary.

The noise level from the square outside can be bothersome for light sleepers, especially during the weekends.

The hotel is located in a fantastic old building, with high ceilings and large rooms. It is close to many restaurants and bars, as well as being near the river. The breakfast was tasty and substantial, and the staff were super attentive and helpful. The views from the hotel were excellent, and the shutters kept the rooms cool and quiet at night.

The elevator/lift is a little small, which might be inconvenient for those with significant mobility issues.
